Choose Your Happy Life was founded on my firm belief that happiness is a personal choice. Not only is it a personal choice (how incredibly amazing that we have that power) but it is something that we are completely worthy of and capable of achieving.
Life is hard, it has amazing highs and crappy lows, none of us can escape that. What we can do however is choose how we respond. We can choose happiness. We can choose success. That choice is ours and ours only, no one can take that away from us. Ahh, the beautiful power!
But it’s not that simple.
We were not taught that we have these choices. It is something that we have to learn and build on. We were taught how to externally validate and look to others for approval. We were taught our self-worth and value are tied to other's opinions of ourselves. We were taught to work for recognition, approval, to be liked, and to fit in.
That is where I come in. I work to help clients build their confidence.
Why do I focus on confidence?
Confidence is the key to happiness and success. What we do or do not do is a result of our confidence.
Now is the time for you to do some self-reflection. Ask yourself, “What are the goals that I want to accomplish?” Then follow up with an additional question, “What is holding me back?” What you will likely find is that the majority of things you want but are not doing is a result of your own confidence in YOU.
I don’t believe this is okay. Life is too short. You don’t have time to waste and that is why it’s important to boost that confidence so you can be the person you were meant to be.
You deserve it and you are worth it.
