Sometimes the idea of making resolutions can be overwhelming or discouraging. Write in a journal documenting your favorite and/or least favorite moments
Run a 5K
Take a road trip
Plant a garden, grow your own vegetables or fruits
Surprise someone with flowers
Delete Facebook/Instagram from your phone for a week

Be playful and find the fun in every activity you do
Break your own record. If you ran one 5K last year, try two!
Spend a weekend by yourself doing everything that you want to do

Buy a coloring book and color
Learn the choreography to “Thriller”, you have 10 months to practice and perform just in time for Halloween!
